Why the name..Its made of two words
Supernova : A supernova occurs when a high-mass star reaches the end of its life. When nuclear fusion ceases in the core of the star, the star collapses inward on itself.Supernovae are extremely luminous and cause a burst of radiation that often briefly outshines an entire galaxy, before fading from view over several weeks or months. During this short interval, a supernova can radiate as much energy as the Sun could emit over its life span.
Nebula : A nebula (from Latin: "cloud") is an interstellar cloud of dust, hydrogen gas, helium gas and plasma. Originally nebula was a general name for any extended astronomical object, including galaxies beyond the Milky Way.Nebulae often form star-forming regions. In these regions the formations of gas, dust and other materials "clump" together to form larger masses, which attract further matter, and eventually will become big enough to form stars. The remaining materials are then believed to form planets, and other planetary system objects.
For the past 15 days or so I have been trying to start this blog but haven't been able to do so just because I could not find a name for it...I have tried hundreds of names but nothing seems to be available..I just wanted something fascinating but still that remains true to the theme of this blog which is my life..So I thought what are the things which have fascinated me most since childhood..Its the Universe, whenever I see the endless sky above me with shining star I know there are lots to see and to learn..that I have just not seen the world and the hidden truths behind it. Then I remembered seeing the awesome pictures of grand explosions which outshine the whole universe for some time..SUPERNOVA..Hmm nice word..but how does this link to life...well whats left is the Cloud of dust (NEBULA) after the show is over...but nothing stays still ..then why the universe there Nebulas join together to create Stars and Planets...just like our life...Even after the Glorious moments which leave just the memories behind, there is still something to look forward to and the life goes on...There is still Planets to conquer and Stars in the Making!!
